Product Details
This group gives you a selection of the jewel-like colors that are common among the "Bitterroots"--the famous western native flowers that were gathered by Lewis and Clark on their expedition. These are adapted for the garden. In the wild, the species is famous for growing in cracks and crevices in rocks and cliffs, so take a tip from that: Plant yours where there is full sun and very sharp drainage. No shade. No heavy loam. Pick a hot, gritty spot, similar to conditions that are good for plants like lavender and others from arid areas.
