Comments about American Meadows Allium caeruleum True Blue - Bag of 20:

I planted these last fall so this is their first year. They are smaller than they will be because they will strengthen and spread as the years go by. However, they look like vibrant blue star bursts. They are surprising to those who see them in the garden. They make people look and smile. I love them.

They are beautiful. I grew up with Giant White Calla Lilies and it took me a long time to find them again. They remind me of my Grandmother and fresh baked bread.

Comments about American Meadows Canna Lily: Red King Humbert - Bag of 2:

We have lots of cannas and have to lift every Fall and replant. This is not as big as the slew of Cannas already in our collection. I am hoping this year it will be as big as our others. We added it for the leaf color, which is very pretty.

Comments about American Meadows Zephyranthes Mix - Bag of 15:

I planted these along the edge of a walkway bordered by a large swath of mondo grass. These are perfect there as the foliage blends in with the grass. Then, several times during the year after a good rain, I get a surprise shot of color along the walkway! A good solution for that area.

Comments about American Meadows Crinum Lily Flower Bulbs - Single Bulb:

I grew up with big clusters of Crinum's growing in my Mother's flower beds and I was thrilled to find such high quality bulbs' at American Meadows. The bulbs I received were large and healthy and immediately started shooting up after I planted them. It is amazing how fast they have grown and how the bulbs have turned into big healthy palnts. The flowers are amazing and it brings back such fond memories to have these beautiful plants in my backyard. They are great grown in containers as wells as planted directly in the garden. I highly reccomend these bulbs.

Comments about American Meadows Babylon's Garden Dahlia Mix - Bag of 3:

Neighbors call me the Dahlia King and I have an impressive assortment I grow prominently in the front yard each year, When neighbors pause to see the exciting array, I'll cut a bouquet for them, ensuring I'll have new and prolific production all season! The Babylon collection is a good basic start for reliable non stop enormous displays of impressive sized flowers. Now in their 3rd year, neighbors are already asking if I've set them out yet although it is still early spring!

Comments about American Meadows Dinnerplate Dahlia: Babylon Red - Bag of 2:

I'm really new to gardening and my first Dahlia was from American Meadows last year. My sister got one for each of us (6 of us) as a contest. Is was great fun and a wonderful experience. Easy to grow and my yellow Dahlia flowers grew to over 9 inches around! Amazing to me who never had any experience at all until last year. I just started with my yard last year and this was my first time with flowers and I have bought many things since then from you. I love your website and recommend it to everyone. I can't wait to see how my plants come out this year!
