Pick your favorite wildflowers:

In the Mountain West, you can grow a long list of wonderful wild flowers, including favorites from several groups. Each species has a full page with wildflower photos, wildlfower information and how-to growing tips.

First of all, you'll find the flower seeds native to your region. But you'll also find many which are "naturalized" wildflowers, which means they may be native to another region, or even another continent, but they are wildflowers that are common and very much at home in your area.

In addition, included are favorite native wildflowers from other regions in North America. For example, California Poppy is native to coastal areas, and Black-eyed Susan is native to the Great Plains, but they are just as beautiful and easy to grow anywhere in North America.
