I'm so glad I purchased these plants. I put them in large pots flanking each side of my garage. They are so untypical for my area and that's what I like most about them.

Comments about Elephant Ear Imperial Taro, Elephant Ear Imperial Taro:

These little plants arrived less than a foot tall but looked very healthy. I waited for the correct planting time for my zone and put them in pots near my gazebo. They took off like wildfire and in a month or so I had tropical foliage that all my neighbors envied! The leaves are huge and so beautiful they look like they were painted by hand. I cannot stop admiring them. Oh, and not only all that, but these plants send out multiple runners over the growing season that I was able to dig out and repot for more plants. Awesome! Highly recommend!

Comments about Elephant Ear Imperial Taro, Elephant Ear Imperial Taro:

This plant was put in the ground in mid-May after the last frost. It took about a month to start growing but when it did it was a sight to behold. It topped out at 3 feet, and the foliage was as big as two hands. The plant was two feet wide -- perfect for where I was trying to fit it in. I had it in a shade garden and it gave us a lot of interest. Visitors mever failed to ask what kind of plant it was. No complaints here.
