Why Plant Iris Bulbs?
These are the irises that grow from true bulbs. Included are the tall elegant Dutch Irises you see in florist's arrangements every spring. The bulbs are small and easy to plant, but the flowers are big and beautiful on thin elegant stems. Most common are the brilliant blues, but as you can see, they now come in a rainbow of colors. Then there are the "species" Irises, little gems for the front of the garden. These bulbs are all inexpensive and foolproof, so plant a big patch. You'll love them in spring!
