    A perfect choice for the backdrop of a garden bed or large containers, Tropicanna Gold shines brightly in the summer garden with vibrant green, variegated foliage and light orange blooms. So easy to grow and deer resistant, this tropical Canna Lily prefers full sun and grows to be about 48-72” tall. Hardy in zones 7-10, be sure to dig the bulbs up or bring containers indoors for the winter. Canna Lilies can grow in moist ground and although they don’t require constant wetness, they do prefer regular watering if possible. Tropicanna Gold makes a colorful statement on its own or planted with other Tropicanna varieties for a rainbow of large blooms on tall, variegated foliage.

  5. Dinnerplate Dahlia Peaches and Cream

    Getting its name from the delightful contrast of peach and cream blooms, this Dahlia creates a colorful and fun statement in the summer garden. Smaller blooms grow to be about 6-8” wide, making them less likely to need staking. Plant this bi-colored beauty on its own or with white Dinnerplate varieties for an elegant statement. Extremely easy to grow, this Dahlia needs a sunny spot either in the back of a garden or in a large container. We suggest planting extra tubers for bouquets; you won’t be able to resist cutting these and displaying them inside!
