I planted these with daffodils and hyacinths but was concerned about actually seeing them before the deer chewed them off. I was rewarded with glorious blooms that came and went before the deer were aware of their presence apparently since none of them were chewed away. It was a beautiful sight.

These tulip bulbs are lovely; however, they're not quite as vibrant as the photograph shows them to be. I'd try something else if you're looking for truly vibrant colors.

You will not believe your eyes when these open. I went in the backyard and saw these had bloomed and was blown away by the huge blooms and vibrant color. I have never grown or cared about tulips, but I do now. If there is one tulip to have it's Jimmy. Of course, I wanted to take pics to send to my mother and the battery was dead in the camera, per Murphy's law.

I planted these in the front beds of my special events and catering venue, a restored antebellum home. I have had more compliments and questions about these tulips than any others I have in the ground. The color is stunning, they have large, full cups. Absolutely gorgeous! I can't stay away from the tulip sales! I find myself ordering more and more each year!
