Why fabric? The Fabric GeoPot allows for air pruning, which results in healthier roots providing more nutrients to the plant. Once the end of a root reaches the edge of the Fabric Pot they are naturally pruned, making them more productive and resulting in healthier plants. The Fabric Geo Pot comes in several different sizes, depending on your need, and is perfect for growing and maintaining your favorite Flowers or Vegetables! Choose from ½ Gallon, 3 Gallon, 5 Gallon and 10 Gallon Self-Supporting Fabric Geo Pots.

SKU GEOCON
Geopot is a breathable fabric plant container that air prunes your plants' roots when they reach the end of the container. The air root pruning process forces the roots to branch out with more fibrous feeder roots which are much more efficient in taking up water and nutrients. This very durable geotextile fabric is porous, allowing air into the root zone and provides great drainage creating a healthy environment for the roots. This combination of air root pruning and aeration of the root zone allows your plants to reach their fullest potential. All of the seams in the Geopot product line are sewn with a high quality bonded polyester thread that will withstand constant moisture and UV exposure.

Comments about American Meadows Fabric Geo Pot:

I have to say that these great little containers that I'm using to grow vegetables. They are light, so light that that alone makes them the best choice for me. The take up no space to store if I weren't using them.

Comments about American Meadows Fabric Geo Pot:

We had looked for this type product in our area and unable to find. Looked online and found American Meadows and have enjoyed how well our flowers have grown in the Fabric Geo Pots. Used good soil and pots are able to take water and hold long enough for plants to remain healthy and full in bloom.

            USDA Hardiness Planting Zones

To determine if a plant is sufficiently cold hardy, the USDA created numbered zones indicating winter low temperatures; the lower the zone number the colder the winter.

            • If the coldest winter temperature expected in your area is -15°F (zone 5) then any plants rated zones 3-5 will survive the winter temperatures in your area.
            • If you live in very warm winter areas (zones 9-11) plants with zones 3-4 ratings are not recommended. The lack of freezing winter temperatures do not provide a time for winter dormancy (rest).
