- PRODUCT MANAGER
We are seeking a full-time product manager who will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the American Meadow’s brands by managing our High Country Gardens product line. Ideally you have retail and/or e-commerce gardening experience including direct contact with customers. You will implement promotions, product content, performance improvement initiatives, and identify website optimization opportunities. In addition, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Management, Customer Support & other product mangers to improve our customer experience, increase customer satisfaction, and drive High Country Gardens’ sales and profitability. - BRAND MANAGER
We are looking for a curious, intelligent, and strategically minded Brand Manager who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen. You love gardening, and want to share your passion with others. The position will report to the Director of Brand & Customer Experience and will manage the development and execution of brand marketing plans, strategies, innovation and initiatives. You are digitally fluent, have mastered a myriad of channels, and can create content and campaigns that inspire our customers to get outside and garden. - WEB DEVELOPER
- CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Our Customer Service Representatives are friendly, patient, have strong verbal and written language skills and ideally, a love of gardening. You’re looking to work with positive, motivated people who have the ability to adapt and stay organized in a fast paced environment. You don’t mind a bit of mayhem and relish the chance to jump in with both feet and hit the ground running. Our Customer Service department has three primary functions. 1. We answer gardening questions. Although experience helps, we have plenty of training tools available. 2. We take phone orders. It may sound old-fashioned, but many people still prefer to order over the phone from a friendly, knowledgeable voice. 3. We resolve problems. At American Meadows, we guarantee all of our products, so we often need to service people who have had issues.
