Customer Service Representatives

We are looking for 1-2 full-time seasonal, and 3-4 part-time seasonal Customer Service Representatives. Our Customer Service Representatives are friendly, patient, have strong verbal and written language skills and ideally, a love of gardening. You’re looking to work with positive, motivated people who have the ability to adapt and stay organized in a fast paced environment. You don’t mind a bit of mayhem and relish the chance to jump in with both feet and hit the ground running. Our Customer Service department has three primary functions. 1. We answer gardening questions. Although experience helps, we have plenty of training tools available. 2. We take phone orders. It may sound old-fashioned, but many people still prefer to order over the phone from a friendly, knowledgeable voice. 3. We resolve problems. At American Meadows, we guarantee all of our products, so we often need to service people who have had issues.
