Hardy Geranium
Small plants but a big part of perennial gardens.
These smallish plants are not the geraniums with big red flowers sold every spring in pots. Those are actually in another group altogether and their botanical name is Pelargonium, not Geranium. These are the true Perennial Geraniums, with long blooming seasons and neat growth habit. The common name "Cranes Bill" comes from the shape of the pointed seedpod.
