Description

About the Sedums: These perennial plants enjoy gritty, fast-draining soil, and must have full hot sun. They're really desert plants, so give them sharp drainage. (Sedums are often called Succulents, due to their thickened moisture-retentive leaves.)

Once Sedums are established, you've assured yourself of loads of perennial interest for the later months when most garden flowers are gone.

Comments about American Meadows Sedum Vera Jameson - Plant:

My sedum has been chugging along all summer, even though it was chewed on several times by the deer. At this point it looks healthy but has only three stems with no flowers and looks like a ground cover. I'm hoping that next spring it will fire up and look as gorgeous as the picture!

Comments about American Meadows Sedum Vera Jameson - Plant:

Though it is early in the season, I see them coming up in an area that I've had problems getting things to grow. The squirrels use this area as a launch pad. Most everything gets trampled.
