          Why Plant Thyme?

Thyme is one of the most historic plants on earth, most widely known for its culinary and medicinal uses. All parts of the plant are fragrant and will spread a heavenly scent wherever they're planted. Various members of this large, diverse tribe are used in herb gardens, of course, but also as ornamentals in flower gardens and as ground covers. It's pinkish flowers and signature grey-green to deep-green foliage, makes it highly decorative. Bees and other pollinators find thyme flowers irresistible. Best of all, these plants require almost no care once established.
