Holiday Shipments: We ship Amaryllis, Gift Certificates, and other holiday items right up into the week before Christmas.
Due to the fact that each piece is hand-made to order, your holiday wreaths and centerpieces will be shipping in separate boxes. However, your items will be shipped out at the same time and you will not be charged any additional shipping costs.
Your advance order allows us to make commitments to our perennial nurseries and Dutch bulb growers. As has been traditional in the mail-order bulb business for many years, your credit card is charged when you place your order through our secure servers. This allows us to accurately project inventory, and we reward you with significant discounts on our products. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
You may purchase Gift Certificates in any amount of cash. If you need help, just call.
Gifts of Advance Sale Bulbs and Perennials: You may choose an Advance Sale gift for the recipient--and receive great sale prices in our advance sales of spring bulbs and perennials. If your certificate is for bulbs or perennials that will arrive in Spring, please call Customer Service toll free at (877) 309-7333 , ext. 10, and we'll be happy to fill out a beautiful Gift Certificate with the "gift to come" information, and send the certificate to you or to the recipient. Wildflower Seeds and Flower Seed Packets may be shipped to Canada.
We have shipped wildflower seeds to our gardening friends in Canada for over 30 years. Agriculture Canada maintains a list of certain species that we cannot ship and our systems will catch those orders before they are charged. Certain orders may require inspection and documentation by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. There may be an additional charge for this service. We primarily ship to Canada via U.S. Postal / Canada Post and transit times vary by province. For faster service, please call us at (877) 309-7333 or email Customer Service so we may assist.
Live Plants and Bulbs cannot be shipped outside the US.
The United States Department of Agriculture simply does not allow us to ship any live plants or bulbs to any foreign country including Canada. (For Alaska and Hawaii, see below.)
Our shipping costs are the same for all products, and even if your order requires more than one shipment, there are no extra costs. These take into account any special handling fees required for sending seed products to Canada.
|Up to $24.99||$14.95|
|$25 to $49.99||$19.95|
|$50 to $74.99||$24.95|
|$75 to $99.99||$29.95|
Even though regular US postage is approximately the same to Alaska, USPS is often too slow for our shipments, and other carriers often have additional charges. There are also weather considerations at certain times of the year, due to possible freezing of live products in transit. Please email Customer Service in advance and we will inform you of our shipping options.
We’ve found the distance and time required for shipments to Hawaii make sending live plants difficult, but we will try our best to help you. Please email Customer Service in advance and we will inform you of our shipping options.
We're sorry, we cannot ship any of our products beyond the US and Canada. While we are anxious to extend our high standards of customer service and quality products to our friends worldwide, individual country regulations and long transit times to many areas have made it impossible.
