Comments about American Meadows Southeast Seed Bombs:

I ordered the product (Wildflower Seed Bombs)for my zone (Southeast)and received my package promptly. I've only put two of the eight bombs down, to see how they do in the yard. I plan to use the rest for a large container outside and other spots in the yard. So far, have not seen much from them, but I have been keeping an eye on them and one has sprouts coming out of it, but the other one I can't find. I have read the many complimentary reviews and look forward to seeing how these seed bombs turn out.

Comments about American Meadows Southeast Seed Bombs:

The seed bombs were shipped and delivered immediately. The ground is to cold to plant and dander of frost is not over. Can't wait to see if seed bombs do as advertised.

    USDA Hardiness Planting Zones

To determine if a plant is sufficiently cold hardy, the USDA created numbered zones indicating winter low temperatures; the lower the zone number the colder the winter.

    • If the coldest winter temperature expected in your area is -15°F (zone 5) then any plants rated zones 3-5 will survive the winter temperatures in your area.
    • If you live in very warm winter areas (zones 9-11) plants with zones 3-4 ratings are not recommended. The lack of freezing winter temperatures do not provide a time for winter dormancy (rest).
