Spring Blooms Photo Contest:
It's time to show off that spring garden filled with American Meadows products!
We want to see your creative planting ideas in action, your spring gardens filled with cheerful daffodils, allium, and tulips, and your rolling fields of wildflowers. We also want to share your pictures and experiences with the entire American Meadows community. Our Spring Blooms Photo Contest is running from now until June 1st. All entries will be eligible to win up to $100 in prizes! See contest details below.

Contest Details
By submitting a photograph, your represent, acknowledge, and warrant that the submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the you, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the photograph.
You retain all ownership rights to the photos you submit. However, by submitting a photo, you hereby grant AMI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display the photo in connection with the AMI Website (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the AMI Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
All photos submitted before 5 PM EST on May 31st, 2012 will be eligible to win up to $100 in American Meadows gift cards. 4 winners will be randomly selected and one (1) $100 gift card and three (3) $50 gift cards will be awarded. Prizes have no cash value and can only be used to purchase products from American Meadows, either via our website or over the phone.
