It's time to show off your garden filled with American Meadows products!
When and Where to Plant: Select sunny location and plant in the late
spring when the soil has warmed. For an earlier crop, start indoors
4-6 weeks before setting out. For best results loosen soil with spade
or fork, working in vegetable food and organic matter, and smooth with
rake. Firm soil over seed and keep moist.
Care: For maximum size feed monthly, keep soil moist, pinch off all but 1 or 2 pumpkins per vine and leave plenty of space between plants.
Harvesting: Cut from vine using pruning shear, leaving 3” of stem.
