Description
Known and used for over 3,000 years, coriander is one of the most useful flavoring herbs. It's an essential ingredient in many Indian curries, Chinese stir-fry recipes, and in Scandanavia, its used in herbal-flavored breads. In recent years, the American name applied to the parsley-like tops is "Cilantro," and as we all know that's one of the most popular herbs for today's contemporary cooking, anywhere. It's simple, really--you plant Coriander, but you harvest Cilantro. A must for your garden.

When and Where to Plant: Select sunny location with well drained soil and sow seed when danger of frost is past. Cultivate soil and enrich with vegetable food. Firm soil over seed. Does not transplant well.
Care: Protect from Wind.
Harvesting: Gather seeds as they ripen. They may be used whole or crushed. Pick leaves sparingly as plant grows. Leaves may be used chopped or whole, fresh or dried.

Comments about Cilantro Seeds:

It was very easy to grow, with little to no matainence. I live in a rainy climate and after the first few stretches of sunny weather it began to bolt. Tried to let t go and harvest corriander, but the plants got too big and heavy and flop over the other crops. I will be planting it again next year, it was delicious!
