"Tendergreen" is a favorite "mild-flavored" mustard green. It grows super-fast and is ready for the table in no time.
When and Where to Plant: Select sunny location and sow seed as soon
as the ground can be worked. Cultivate soil and enrich with vegetable
food. Firm soil over seed. Repeat at 2 week intervals. In mild winter areas
plant in fall and winter.
Care: Keep soil moist, weed free and fertilize lightly every 3-4 weeks.
Harvesting: For best flavor, cut leaves before full grown, (salads 3-4”/8-
10 cm.) leaving the growing tip to produce replacements.
