That’s why we’ve designed a custom mixture of just the wildflowers they ignore. It’s a beautiful combo of 17 species, 10 annuals for first year bloom, and 7 tough perennials or biennials for second and successive years. You’ll have plenty of color with big favorites like Red Poppy, Lupines in blue and yellow, Wild Foxglove, bright red-and-yellow Gaillardia plus many more. The zinnias in this mix were amazing!

This mix gave me so much more than what I expected! I think every single seed germinated!!! The zinnias were the stars the first year providing a constant supply for cuttings, as well as attracting bees and butterflies. The garden had a lovely wild look to it, and I would plant these seeds again, but I don't have to!!! Because they'll all come back with me doing practically nothing! I'm looking forward to seeing which plants are the stars this year. Love the surprise factor and anticipation!!!

Wildflowers, where?

These seeds are perfect for naturalizing any area. They add beauty and color for a previously hilly, unkept area. I love that the flowers are categorized as deer resistant since there are many hungry deer in this area.

Naturalized planting of large area with aspens, wisteria and cork-screw willow. It doesn't get any easier to plant a large area. Tilled the soil, raked, broadcast seed, watered and watched it grow and bloom. When the temperature hit the high nineties, I did need to water every other day.

I live next door to a lady that feed the deer. Nevertheless, I have anywhere from 5 to 30 deer in my yard almost always. I wanted to plant wildflowers that the deer would not eat. These flowers were not only beautiful the deer totally ignored them. I believe that I had an average of 80% of my seeds germinate and it is only early spring. I received a great variety and mix. I cannot wait until they are in full bloom in a few weeks. The only disadvantage is dealing with planting wildflower seeds in the wind and cold. I love all my purchases from AM.
