Description
This is the common roadside daisy which is one of our toughest perennial wildflowers. First spring after germination the season before, bloom is extremely early and very profuse. One of the first wild perennials to bloom in any meadow. For a similar species to use where ox-eye daisy is prohibited, see wild shasta daisy, C. maximum.

Comments about American Meadows OxEye Daisy Seeds:

I bought serveral types of wildflower seeds and sowed them up the side of my drive way. These were the only ones to do well. It is a steep bank with rocky clay soil. They come back every year and now I collect my own seeds and have spread them all over my property. They are a cheap way to get widespread flowers. If you cut them back before they go to seed they will bloom a second time. If used in flower beds, be carefull about letting them go to seed. They spread quickly.
