Comments about American Meadows Black Eyed Susan Vine Seeds:
I cannot imagine why this didn't grow. We planted the seeds at the botton of a chain link fence between 2 wildflower meadows, it all received lots af water and all the other flowers grew well.
Super happy with all the cosmos that came up though!
To determine if a plant is sufficiently cold hardy, the USDA created numbered zones indicating winter low temperatures; the lower the zone number the colder the winter.
