Description
These are some of the most popular annual flowers on earth. The marigold group called "Crackerjack Mix" has decorated millions of gardens for decades. These are the big ones--bright ball-shaped flowers in yellow and orange or sturdy plants 2-3 ft. tall. The flowers are chrysanthemum-like with a mass of bright colored petals. And best of all, they keep blooming all summer long. Add these to your meadow, and the color will never stop.

Comments about American Meadows Marigold Seeds Crackerjack Mix:

Marigolds are my favorite flower. I read the description for these, but it didn't prepare me for how huge they would be. I need to plant them better next year. I just sprinkled them all over, and I had to pull a bunch of them so other plants could get sun and water. Having marigolds blooming at eye level is weird and awesome!

The only suggestion I have is to cover the seeds if you have ants. In the desert, we have tons. They leave the plants alone, but they would start carrying off the seeds in an area as I was done planting them. Marigold seeds do just fine with a light covering of dirt or compost, despite what the directions said.

Comments about American Meadows Marigold Seeds Crackerjack Mix:

i casually sprinkled the seeds around and forgot about them. wherever they were tossed, they grew into delightfully large (3 ft) plants covered with big, impressive, orange or yellow flowers that keep blooming all summer and well into fall. great for fall flower arrangements! and mud spatter is not a problem for this stately marigold.
