(30-48” tall x 18” wide) Adding Cannova® Bronze Scarlet Canna Lily to your garden not only adds eye-popping tropical texture, it adds staying power. A fast grower bred to handle the cooler temps of northern gardens, Cannova® Bronze Scarlet Canna Lily provides stunning blooms earlier in the season than other cannas and will bloom continuously until frost – holding those hummingbird attracting flowers high above dark, statement-making foliage. The large, unusual blooms are rich, bronzed red and held in clusters. Like other cannas, Cannova® Bronze Scarlet Canna Lily still laps up the heat and humidity where traditional annuals and perennials can struggle. Happiest in full sun, it can handle part shade but needs regular moisture and rich soil. A terrific choice for edge of pond areas and containers. The shallowly rooted rhizomes spread quickly. In Zones 3-6, they can be overwintered easily in a frost-free basement, increasing your stock for next year!
