Snow Thimble Foxglove glows with majestic spires of snow-white blooms. Sturdy stems are crowded with large, bell shaped blooms that illuminate the garden day or night. Foxgloves produce a basal rosette of deep green foliage and flower in their second year. Commonly grown as a biennial, allow plants to reseed in the garden. Plant with caution, leaves and seeds of Foxglove produce a powerful chemical used as a heart medicine, but toxic if ingested. Plants are deer and rabbit resistant.
