Plant the Repeat Performance Bearded Iris Collection in beds and borders for dazzling blooms from season to season. Blossoms stand tall on sturdy stems reaching heights of 24-36 inches. The thick flower stalks make excellent cut flowers. The varieties in this collection play off one another for endless pairing in the vase and garden. 'Ziggy' complements the golden beard and bright yellow petals of 'Summer Olympics', while 'Total Recall' accents the unique falls of 'Swept Off My Feet'. Comingle varieties in the garden, planting individual rhizomes 12-24 inches apart. Be careful not to crowd the rhizomes as they will grow and spread over time, sending up even more foliage and flowers. For best results plant shallow, with the top of the rhizome sitting at or just above the soil surface. Then sit back and enjoy the show.

Iris should be planted so the tops of the rhizomes are exposed and the roots are spread out facing downwards in the soil. Make sure not to plant the rhizomes too deep.
