Marketing Analyst

If you are fascinated by how a gardening business can be built online and would like to contribute to the growing digital marketing space, this may be the role for you! We are looking for someone who is fascinated by the research and analysis of digital marketing but is also passionate about supporting the team around you by communicating these statistical findings. You love diving into 'why did it happen', 'what should we do about it' and 'what do we think will happen in the future'. Then you are able to articulate these findings to your colleagues as it will also impact their decisions and strategy.

Machine Operator - Seasonal

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated individual with an interest in working within the gardening industry, here in our Shelburne, VT warehouse. The primary responsibility for this role includes operating the seed packet filling machine (aka. Phillip & Betty – yes, we love our seed filling machines so much that we've named them). This is a great opportunity for you to increase your knowledge of order fulfillment, operating basic machinery, and of course to learn more about the gardening world!

Warehouse Fulfillment - Seasonal

We have just moved to our new fulfillment center in Fairfax, VT and we're looking to expand our team for the fall season! Join our Pick/Pack team for a seasonal role with a full-time hours available, Monday - Friday.

Customer Service - Seasonal

As gardeners are preparing their garden beds for the fall season, our Customer Service Team will be ready to take orders and respond to gardening questions. We are hiring for both our Phones and Chat/Email team and read on for more details on each role. These are currently work-from-home positions for the fall season, however some training will be conducted in the office.

Quality Analyst

Our tech team is expanding, and this role is an integral part of our development process. You will help improve all aspects of our systems and sites, alongside our Tech Sensei, Subject Matter Experts, and third-party vendors. In this role, you will own our internal ticketing process from start to finish to ensure all tech projects move as smoothly and efficiently as possible. You’ll utilize your knowledge of QA best practices to support stable deployments while partnering with internal teams and vendors to fully understand the needs and demands of our complex sites and systems. Our methods are collaborative, our group is inclusive, and our minds are exploratory. We encourage skill building, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
