We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated individual with an interest in working within the gardening industry, here in our Shelburne, VT warehouse. The primary responsibility for this role includes operating the seed packet filling machine (aka. Phillip & Betty – yes, we love our seed filling machines so much that we've named them). This is a great opportunity for you to increase your knowledge of order fulfillment, operating basic machinery, and of course to learn more about the gardening world!

Our tech team is expanding, and this role is an integral part of our development process. You will help improve all aspects of our systems and sites, alongside our Tech Sensei, Subject Matter Experts, and third-party vendors. In this role, you will own our internal ticketing process from start to finish to ensure all tech projects move as smoothly and efficiently as possible. You’ll utilize your knowledge of QA best practices to support stable deployments while partnering with internal teams and vendors to fully understand the needs and demands of our complex sites and systems.
