As gardeners, we're planners and are getting excited for the Spring 2018 planting season! Our Customer Service Representatives are friendly, patient, have strong verbal and written language skills and ideally, a love of digging in the dirt!

We are looking to hire full-time and part-time seasonal Customer Service Representatives to support our team on the phones during the Spring season.

We answer gardening questions. Although experience helps, we have plenty of training tools!
We take phone orders. It may sound old-fashioned, but many people still prefer to order over the phone from a friendly and knowledgeable voice.
We resolve problems. At American Meadows, we guarantee all of our products, so we often need to service people who have had issues.
Our Chat & Email team, much like the Phone Customer Service crew, have strong written language skills and ideally, a love of digging in the dirt! You will be a bit more behind the scenes, responding to emails and live chat questions, which requires you to be a speedy typist.
Our Customer Service department is here to help guide gardeners who work very hard for results that often do not arrive for months, or even years. We are always looking for ways to inspire our customers, while offering the right products in the ways they want to learn and shop. Customers are engaging with us increasingly through our Chat & Email tools, so we are looking for someone to help guide this department.
