Our Online Marketing Specialist drives our online channel marketing mix and website conversion. You are well-versed in all areas of digital marketing, will identify new channels while increasing value and conversion from our existing channels. You will be knowledgeable in e-commerce fundamentals, CMS, optimization of paid acquisition, analytics and reporting, and website conversion. You will own the overall channel management and website execution. You'll collaborate with marketing peers, product team stakeholders and the web development team on an integrated content and marketing calendar to drive results. You will manage our paid search budgets and performance, working closely with our paid search agency, to optimize the effectiveness of these programs. You must be confident and comfortable in not only outlining annual initiatives and campaigns but also in managing day-to-day results, projects and execution. Our Category Managers have an appreciation for details and a desire to push us to be better. They’re energized to quickly learn our products and the gardening industry. This colleague will own their results in multiple product categories, in this case our flower bulbs and perennial plants for our American Meadows brand. That means they will need to source the right products for our customers and deliver the plan to hit our margin goals. They will need to be equally comfortable with dirt under your nails and grinding away at an Excel spreadsheet to spot trends and discovering new ways we can grow our business.
