American Meadows Employees enjoying Fourth of JulyAmerican Meadows Employees enjoying Fourth of July

We are absolutely thrilled that you are interested in joining the American Meadows team!

Here is what one of our fantastic customer service colleagues said about working with us:

"American Meadows is a great place to work. The teamwork and collaboration across departments is commendable and rare. A hard-working group of people having fun while doing good through gardening. Rare to find such a positive working environment where you can feel so good about the work you do, and the impact you're having on our planet. The seasonal nature of the business can mean some very busy and hectic days, but the environment, the team, and the subject matter (we are working with plants after all) outweigh the occasional chaos. Always adapting and changing, and reacting to both customer and staff feedback. Great place to work, fun team and opportunities to literally "dig in." A rare opportunity for hard-working, teamwork loving plant geeks. Bonus - there's snacks and puppies!"

Our core staff consists of over 40 dedicated individuals who enjoy working for a fun, quirky and progressive company. We look to hire folks who live our core values and are excited to spark joy in our customers' lives through gardening. If you don't see a job listed below that aligns with your career - please reach out to our Staff Happiness Jedi at jobs@americanmeadows.com. We love hearing from fellow plant nerds!

Thank you for visiting our career page and happy gardening!

Finance Director

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking an advanced controller position with immediate opportunities to expand their accounting and leadership skills and contribute to continue building American Meadows. This will require lots of work in the trenches, getting your hands dirty with transactions and details, but with good execution, the job will transform into higher level accounting controls, department oversight, and ultimately cash flow forecasting, budgeting and detailed financial analysis. And if that’s not enough, you’re willing/able to manage people, tackle large challenges and sit at the leadership table.
