How to Grow:This shrub thrives in full sun and tolerates any well-draining soil. Although pruning is not necessary for fruit to emerge, we recommend lightly pruning horizontal branches to encourage new growth. The Goji Berries begin to ripen in early summer and we recommend hand-picking when they are a bright-red color and sweet to the taste. They are easy to plucked off and can be harvested by hand. We recommend fertilizing with an organic mixture in early spring, just as new growth begins.

Comments about American Meadows Goji Berry Firecracker:
I wanted to try this but due to my neglect of planting asap and keeping them watered well it was a failure. Not AM issue but mine. Keeping it honest!

To determine if a plant is sufficiently cold hardy, the USDA created numbered zones indicating winter low temperatures; the lower the zone number the colder the winter.
