Attract Hummingbirds with Perennial Flowers

Host the most Hummingbirds by planting their favorite flowers

Hummingbirds are strongly attracted to flower colors such as: red, orange, and pink, as well as tubular flower shapes that accommodate their long, slender beaks. Hummingbirds don't actually have a great sense of smell, so they rely on these bright colors and bell-shaped flowers to identify good sources of food. They also spend a lot of time resting in the shade, so think about providing some perching spots way up high.
