Yarrow with bee

Fern-like leaves and eye-catching flowers for dry, sunny spots

Why Plant Yarrow?

Yarrow blooms are tightly packed on flat flowerheads set atop soft, fern-like foliage. Perennial gardeners love the tough hardiness of these plants, as well as their resistance to deer and other critters. You'll want to give your Yarrow full, bright sun, and gritty, fast-draining soil, as they're most at home in almost-desert conditions. Most are fragrant and beautiful in the vase, either fresh or dried. Left to their own devices in the garden, they'll call in beautiful butterflies and native bees for a spectacular nature-watching show.
