Overview
‘Diablito’ Crocosmia features dramatic crimson petals that will persuade pollinators to pay a visit, and hummingbirds favor the flamboyant flowers. ‘Diablito’ means "little devil," as this is a more compact cousin of the classic tall ‘Lucifer’ Crocosmia. Hardy like Hades himself, these “little devils” shine in small spaces.

Description
‘Diablito’ Crocosmia is a more compact cousin of the classic tall ‘Lucifer’ Crocosmia. Crocosmias produce eye-catching, funnel-shaped blooms in bright colors, and are a hummingbird and butterfly favorite. The bold, arching stems make long-lasting cut flowers, too. Crocosmias blend well with ornamental grasses and are ideal for prairie-style borders. They can also be grown in large containers.
Crocosmia will multiply readily when grown in favorable conditions. These plants grow from corms (similar to bulbs), which will multiply to create increasingly large clumps.
