Overview
Danceline Double Late Tulip dazzles with large white peony-like blooms drizzled in a raspberry confection. The late-season double blooms open white with a soft-pink glow and fade to ivory with age. Vibrant deep-pink striations energize the blooms, while cool green feathering on the outer petals yield a fresh, modern touch. Thick stems hold these blooms upright. (Tulipa ‘Danceline’)

Description
18-22” tall x 4-6” wide. We will forgive you if at first glance you confuse Danceline Double Tulip for a peony. When the dense head of petals fully opens, the blossoms spread six inches, revealing bright yellow stamens, adding plenty of flair to the garden. These boisterous blooms are worthy of a prominent place and provide big impact when planted in groups of ten to fifteen bulbs. Try massing among magenta-colored tulips in a sunny bed or border. Danceline Double Tulip (Tulipa ‘Danceline’) also makes a lovely cut flower and performs well in containers. ‘Danceline’ blooms late spring into early summer. Tulips require excellent drainage and thrive when summer soils are on the dry side. Deadhead spent blooms but allow the foliage to mature and die back naturally, as the foliage is feeding next year’s blooms.
