Description
Our Pretty In Pink Dahlia Collection will punch up the color and add texture to your garden. All are prolific bloomers beloved by hummingbirds and butterflies and are famously fantastic as cut flowers. In fact, the more you cut, the more they will bloom! Plant the tallest varieties in the back of a bed in groups of three for best results. Spread throughout a bed they will pick up an entire summer planting with fresh color and form, or plant them with ornamental grasses for an elegant play of pinks. The taller plants may need staking for support. Deadhead spent flowers to keep more coming and enjoy! Dahlias are perennial in zones 8-10. In cooler zones, they may be dug and stored in a cool, dark place after the first frost, then re-planted the following spring.
Our Pretty In Pink Dahlia Collection covers roughly 8 sq ft, and contains 8 tubers:
1 x Bag of 3 'Penhill Dark Monarch' Dinner Plate Dahlia
1 x Bag of 3 'Islander' Dinner Plate Dahlia
1 x Bag of 2 'Jowey Frambo' Ball Dahlia
