Description
Red Riding Hood has been the top Rockgarden or Greigii Tulip for decades. These short tulips with big red blooms are famous for 'opening wide' - just look at those fabulous flowers! The flowers last for about 3 weeks but the exquisite purple mottled foliage makes it decorative before and after the blooms.
