Description
Great gift for any gardener!
Any lucky gardener who receives this packet will be creating a wildflower garden to enjoy for years. Full instructions are printed right on the back of the packet. All that's required is to choose a sunny spot, remove existing growth, loosen or till the soil, and scatter the seed evenly. Then compress it into the bare earth; do not cover. (Walking over it does a good job.) Other than watering and one mowing after frost in the fall, that's it. All the rest is pleasure-a rainbow of color outside, and armloads of cut flowers all season long. You can plant in spring after frosts, during the summer, or in fall after growing season ends. This mix may be used for meadow areas, borders, unused areas-anywhere the gardener wants a full season of full color. Color should begin the first year just a few weeks after sprouting; perennials return year after year with increased bloom.
