Tall and handsome ‘Air of Mystery’ Bearded Iris is an early spring wonder that will amaze and delight. Tightly ruffled standards of dusky tan deepen to soft lavender at the flower’s center, with the purple falls edged in the same light hue. The effect is ethereal and intriguing like silver and gold. Description
Growing Bearded Irises: Named for the Greek goddess of the rainbow, Irises are majestic flowers that have been developed into an amazing array of colors, with upright sword-shaped foliage that adds elegant texture to the garden even after flowers have passed. “Standards” are the upright petals, and “falls” are the lower petals.
