Description
(43" tall x 12" wide) Cinque Terre Bearded Iris adds rich color to the late-spring garden. It’s a perfect choice for the back of a flower bed or mixed with other warmly colored Bearded Iris. With green sword-shaped foliage, 'Cinque Terre' adds vertical interest all season long. Plant in a sunny location in average, well-drained soil. Bearded Iris won’t tolerate soggy conditions, so be sure you have good drainage with raised beds if necessary. As blooms fade, simply snap them off for a clean look. For maximum color plant in groups of 3, 12-24" apart. Once established these hardy perennials are low-care, deer and rabbit resistant plants that will increase each year.
