Description

24-36" tall x 18" wide. There’s always room for the rosy-pink blooms of Bearded Iris ‘Wild Irish Rose’. Blooming in mid-to late May, it is lovely in the front of beds, along a path, or with Poppies, Peonies, or against a backdrop of greens. Plant in a full sun location, in well-drained soil (no soggy feet for us!) and these hardy, water thrifty plants will pay you back with years of low-care, cheerful color. Great cut flowers, deer resistant and pollinator favorites, they are among the most popular garden flowers. Fertilize with bone meal in the fall and with bulb food in the spring.
