Description
Create long-lived color in your xeric garden with our easy-to-grow Dry Area Seed Bombs. Starring favorite low-water flowers like California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica), Rocky Mountain Penstemon (Penstemon strictus), Blanket Flower (Gaillardia aristata), Baby's Breath (Gypsophila paniculata) and Blue Flax (Linum lewisii var. lewisii), our seed bombs are perfect for landscapes long on sun and short on water. In a climate with warm winters, fall or late summer is the best time for planting. In colder areas, plant in early spring to establish plants before summer conditions arrive. Seed bombs should be grown in full-sun areas. Plant halfway into prepared soil and water until plants are well established. Two one-inch Dry Area Seed Bombs can plant one square foot, or use more for a dense meadow-like planting.
