Plant these seed-flecked Wine Flower Charms outdoors, and you’ll be rewarded with beautiful annual and perennial wildflowers. Just soak charms overnight and then plant in the ground or in a container, lightly covering the charm with garden soil or potting soil. Keep evenly watered for four to six weeks.
