Dear Friends at American Meadows,
This year an old friend, The Begonia Man, who I always bought my begonia plants from, has passed away. So for a while I didn't know what to do. Then I found your Tuberous Begonias and I ordered some. They were absolutely MAGNIFICENT!!! The blossoms were so huge, I could hardly believe it. Some of the plants grew nearly five feet tall!!! The colors were amazing and they are all still blooming and it's the middle of October!
All of our friends and visitors were in amazement when they saw how incredible the flowers and colors were and how prolific the blooms were. One good thing about Begonias, is that they are slug proof, so I don't need to put any poisonous slug bait into the environment.
I have never been able to buy, even from my old friend "The Begonia Man", such amazing plants. So now I have ordered several Lilies , Tulips and other bulbs for next year. I can't wait to see how they will bloom.
Sincerely, Diane Zimberoff, WA
P.S. I have enclosed some pictures...but they can't really show the total beauty in our yard that we got from American Meadows.
