Regional Wildflower Mixes: The Original Classic Formula
We created our first regional seed mixtures in 1981 and in the 37 years since, have tinkered with the species based on gardeners’ feedback. Today, our regional wildflower mixtures are our best mixes for quick, easy color. Many of these mixtures contain over 20 species with a large collection of annuals, which means they offer up explosive color in the first season. They also have plenty of perennial species to naturalize and bloom year after year. The varieties in each mixture grow well regionally. and we’ve designed these mixtures to flower from spring until fall so you’ll always enjoy something in bloom.
Did you know? All of our mixtures are 100% pure seed, which you can't find in commercial garden centers. See how our mixtures stacked up against other retailers.

Regional Wildflower Mixes: Native Formulas
After formulating our classic regional mixtures, we heard from gardeners throughout the country that they wanted to bring their meadows back to their roots — meaning they wanted to restore their habitat to feature only native wildflowers to their region. So back in 2000, we created our native regional mixtures with over a dozen native wildflowers for each part of the country. These mixes are a great choice for gardeners looking to protect soil, conserve water, and restore habitat with colorful, low-maintenance flowers. These mixtures are also an easy and safe way to help and attract local pollinators and wildflowers.
Takeaway: Our Native Regional Wildflower Seed Mixes are for gardeners who want to plant wildflowers native to their area and enjoy color all season long, year after year. These mixes feature wildflower varieties naturally found in your geographic area and are the only mixtures you’ll find with such a large assortment of native seeds.
