The lovely perfume of ‘Fragrant Returns’ Daylily will make you want to plant this beauty close to patios and walkways where you can enjoy the aroma. ‘Fragrant Returns’ is a reblooming variety that will flower mid-summer through fall. Simply remove spent flowers and seed pods after flowering to encourage more blooms. When all the flower buds on a single stem have finished flowering, cut the stem (called a scape) back to the base of the plant to keep plants looking their best. The low stature makes ‘Fragrant Returns’ a great choice for the front of shrub borders and perennial beds. Plant in any well-drained soil in full sun to part shade. Drought tolerant.
