A wonderful poppy species used widely in California as an annual bedding plant. Wonderful in meadows with its subtle, papery blooms. Iceland Poppy's are considered perennials in cold, northern regions (zones 1-4) and grown as annuals in warmer, southern regions (zones 5-10).
