Description

This stunning Morning Glory’s scarlet-red blooms can reach up to 4” across and create a true romantic statement in the summer garden. An easy-to-grow, must-have plant for the sun or partial sun garden.

Morning Glories are fast-growing, vigorous climbing vines with profuse, brightly colored blooms. 'Scarlett O'Hara' produces scarlet-red, funnel-shaped flowers with a tinge of white in the throat.

Provide a sturdy trellis, pergola or other support for the vines, which get large -- and heavy -- by the middle of the summer. Vines grow up to 15' tall.

Morning glories have tough seed coats. To speed up the germination process, soak seeds in warm water for several hours before planting.
