DIY Seed Bomb Kits contain enough material to make 75 nickel-sized seed balls. Two seed bombs can plant up to 1’, but if you want more flowers, scatter seed balls at 3-4 per square foot. Each DIY Seed Bomb kit includes three types of compost to nurture your seed, powdered clay to retain moisture, and ready-to-grow wildflower seeds. We all want to help the bees and butterflies, and this is a fun project for the whole family. Kits contain annual and perennial seeds specifically to bloom in the Northeast Region, including natives like Red Milkweed (Asclepias rubra), Butterfly Weed (Asclepias tuberosa) and New England Aster (Symphyotrichum novae-angliae).
