The Wildflowers of the Pacific Northwest

Pacific Northwest Wildflower Seed Mix

With its plentiful rainfall, the Pacific Northwest is a great garden for wild flowers. What botanists call The Pacific Forest is unique on the continent, and is known for its grand stands of large fir, spruce, hemlock, cedar and redwoods, plus a huge diversity of smaller native plants and flowers.

With comparatively mild temperatures year round, your region has its own distinct group of native wildflowers, and many of them are in our mixtures. Species such as , the beautiful Clarkias — Clarkia amoena and Clarkia unguiculata — and many more are enjoyed both in their native range and in many other regions of the United States.

Our Pacific Northwest Wildflower Seed Mix is our best-seller, and our Native Pacific Northwest Wildflower Seed Mix has even more native species. Either mix can be successfully planted in the Northwest in spring or fall.
