Shipping Information
Timing, Shipping Method, and Email Confirmations
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. We ship via UPS or USPS, depending on your location and order size. A second email will provide tracking details once your items ship.
Our packing ensures plants remain healthy for up to 10 days in transit. Unpack immediately and follow our Planting Guide.
Multiple packages to the same address won't incur extra charges.

Seed Shipping Schedule
- Wildflower Seeds, Grass Seeds and Seed Packets: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Perennial & Bulb Shipping Schedule
Shipping is based on USDA zones and soil temperatures. You'll receive your estimated ship week in your confirmation email. If you wish to ship earlier or later than suggested for your zone, please contact customer service.
