"little itty bitty will hopefully grow to match the others"
"I was SO excited about these, ordering 2. They arrived a bit unhappy, but I was hopeful. They seemed to die pretty quickly once in the ground and have not come up this spring."
"These are the plants I wanted most, but they were pretty sad looking when I received them. Was hoping they were just dormant yet. No signs of life!"
"Planted in grown by street sign. Hasn't grown but does not look dead."
‘Chameleon’ Little Bluestem Grass (Schizachyrium scoparium 'Chameleon' PP31339) brings the drama to a meadowscape. A native cultivar, ‘Chameleon’ Little Bluestem was discovered as a chance seedling amidst a growth of 'The Blues' Little Bluestem; it was discovered in France and propagated in North America for its unique beauty. Little Bluestem grows best in warm climates and well-drained soil, and is drought resistant once established, requiring minimal watering. It is also salt tolerant. This warm-season grass will wake slowly in spring, but offers long-lasting winter interest. Plus, native Little Bluestem grasses are a great addition to habitat gardens, providing food, shelter, and nesting materials for birds.
