Downward facing, yellow bell-shaped blooms are 'crowned' with spiky green foliage to make an impressive display in the spring garden. Low maintenance Crown Imperial plants reach heights of 2 to 3 ft. and produce enormous, showy flowers. Sun lovers. (Fritillaria lutea)

Reviews

"The shipping and bulb was top notch. However my bulb rotted this spring due to the heavy rain in winter and spring."

Shannon (3/5)

Never again!

"The bulbs were very poor quality. They sent replacements for rotten bulbs. I complained about the quality (again) of the replacement which appeared to have dried up, no sign of life. I was told, it's just like that. NONE OF THE 6 BULBS SPROUTED."

Ma T. (1/5)

Eye catching!

"look great, though not exactly fragrant"

I would buy this product again

"I liked this product most because the yard rodents didn't bother it at all."

Rita (4/5)

Hope to see one next year

"The red Lilies grew just fine but only got the stem of 1 yellow and no flowers on it. The second bulb I had did not even grow. I think the awful dry weather from last year may have stunted them"

Just M. (3/5)

Maybe it's a dwarf!

"I ordered this fritillaria because the ones I had in the garden had stopped flowering last year. Although it has flower buds which have not opened yet, they are very small. The size of the plant is disappointing --- description says 2 to 3 feet tall --- mine is only about a foot tall. Maybe it will be bigger next year?"
