(12-16" tall x 12"-16" wide) 'Super Star' Coreopsis PPAF is an exciting new coreopsis cultivar with large flowers (2½-3" wide) and a long bloom time. 'Super Star' is a super bloomer – large lemon-yellow and crimson-red flowers have a golden center and attract pollinators by the hundreds; but they are seldom damaged by deer. 'Super Star' is a great compact pick to use for groundcover, at the front of meadows or borders, on rocky hillsides, or along a pathway. Or, enjoy 'Super Star' as a perennial spark of color in your favorite sunny container garden. Shearing mid-season will promote new flushes of blooms from early summer through to fall. 'Super Star' certainly loves that heat, and should be planted in a sunny site with well-draining soil. This low-maintenance perennial been rated highly in independent plant trials. Like all Coreopsis, once it's established after a year of proper care, it is highly heat-and-drought-tolerant.
As soon as your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email the day your order ships telling you how it has been sent. All perennials and fall-planted bulbs are packaged to withstand shipping and are fully-guaranteed. Please open upon receipt and follow the instructions included.

"Pretty, hardy plant that grows well in a container."
"I planted these in the fall. They looked like they wouldn't make it so I cared for them as best I could. Nothing came up in the spring."
